White Tail Deer

Our archery deer hunts are run during September and October in forested areas and adjacent to agricultural land.  There is very little hunting pressure in our zone before November. The majority of the hunting is from tree stands which are pre-set months in advance. Sometime we catch large bucks still in velvet early September at watering holes or on their way to feed. October can be an excellent month as well as the mature animals are beginning seeking behaviours mid-end of month. ATV's and trucks are typically used for transportation during your hunt.
